 The Torrington Library contains many resources for any teen.  We have a wide array of books that can be checked out. Teens have access to public access computers such as our word processing stations, and our Internet stations (if between the ages of 13-18, parent must come to the library and sign a parental permission form. If under the age of 13 parent must be present while using the Internet. For more information about Internet policy please click here.
